For your first class please wear a t-shirt and black athletic pants. Once you join we sell a school uniform that will need to be purchased.

If it is your first time please come 15 minutes early. After the first class 5 -10 minutes early is appropriate.

No, C3 is not a "christian" alternative for martial arts. C3 is a martial arts program whose core tenets happen to be biblically based. Each martial arts program has their own tenets students would need to memorize, and that is what we require from our students as well.

To promote, each belt level has skills that are required that must be performed to an instructor at least one class before testing (Black stripe), a requisite number of classes that needs to be met (Red stripe), a fruit of the spirit and a memory verse that needs to be recited at least one class before testing (Blue stripe). Uniform, patches, and belt are required to promote as well.
